Romeo Must Die

“In a world of vicious rivalries and violent betrayals, only one thing is sure...”

Two crime families, one African-American and one Chinese, are squeezing each other for control of the Oakland docks. Han Sing (Jet Li) gets pulled into the fight, and he finds an ally in Trish O'Day (Aaliyah), the daughter of Isaak O'Day (Delroy Lindo), the head of the rival family. Bartkowiak keeps the story moving through fight scenes choreographed by Corey Yuen, and Han keeps following a trail of lies wherever it leads.
