Yvan (Gilles Lellouche) wants a roof over his head, but the divorce has left him with no money to rent one. Then he remembers he still owns 20% of the house his ex-wife Delphine (Louise Bourgoin) lives in, and he moves into his share. Dominique Farrugia sets two people who can't stand each other under one roof, with Delphine's house now carved up between them and neither willing to leave.
