Wai Siu Bo (Stephen Chow) just wants to stay alive and keep his job as a servant in the palace, but he knows too much. He has found out that the Empress is really Lung Erh (Brigitte Lin Ching-hsia) of the St Dragon Sect, who locked away the real empress and means to silence him. Wong Jing then sets the two under one roof, since she is now assigned to guard the very prince Wai serves.
