“She's Out Of His Mind.”

Calvin (Paul Dano) wakes to find Ruby (Zoe Kazan) on his couch, a week after he began typing her into a story. She is the woman he invented, and she is now eating in his kitchen and answering when he speaks. Dayton and Faris follow a young novelist who had early fame and a blank page, and Calvin is left wondering what he is allowed to do with a person he wrote.
