“A magical, musical fun-filled fantasy!”

Frosty (Jackie Vernon) wants to stay with the carnival and the people he has come to know there, while Santa Claus (Mickey Rooney) has a bigger problem waiting at the North Pole. Winterbolt means to make it his own evil wonderland, and Rudolph and a crowd of familiar friends are called to stop him. Jules Bass and Arthur Rankin Jr. bring back the Animagic puppets, and Frosty and Rudolph work side by side.
