“...Meaner Than a Junkyard Dog!”

Tony (Harry Baer) collects loans for the mob, beating up borrowers who fall behind, and he is sick of a job that will never make him rich. After he meets Napoli, an enforcer just fired by the same outfit, the two of them plan to con the boss Manzari (Jack Palance) out of a fortune. Fernando Di Leo sets their scheme against a mob that holds the money, the guns and the patience to wait.
