“Get ready for a second Rush!”

James Carter (Chris Tucker) flew to Hong Kong for a vacation, and what he wants is a party and a few women to meet. His friend Lee (Jackie Chan) wants a different job: tracking down the Triad gang lord who may have killed two men at the American Embassy. Brett Ratner follows them from Hong Kong to the U.S., where Carter is still in his loud shirt and Isabella (Roselyn Sánchez) watches them from behind the customs desk.
