Rustom

“Decorated Officer. Devoted Family Man. Defending His Honor. His Name Is RUSTOM.”

In Bombay, a naval officer comes home from a long posting to find that his wife Cynthia (Ileana D'Cruz) has been seeing Vikram Makhija (Arjan Bajwa), a rich businessman. Rustom Pavri (Akshay Kumar) goes to see Vikram, shoots him, and turns himself in, then pleads not guilty, which confuses the police and Vikram's sister Priti (Esha Gupta). Tinu Suresh Desai, loosely following a real court case, builds the film out of the investigation and the trial.
