“They're heading for a breakdown.”

Glenn (Michael Cera) and Rickey (Michael Angarano) want to drive from Los Angeles to Sacramento to see their dying friend one last time. They pick up Tallie (Maya Erskine) along the way, and the three of them spend the road trip in conversation, eating bad food and remembering what they shared. Angarano directs with a patient eye for the small moments between people, the kind of film that finds its emotional weight in ordinary silences.
