“This curse mutates and spreads.”

People are dying across Japan after watching a cursed video, and Ayaka Ichijo (Fuka Koshiba), a graduate student with an IQ of 200, sets out to investigate. Then her younger sister watches it too, out of curiosity, and the curse now kills within 24 hours. Hisashi Kimura sends Ayaka and Oji Maeda (Kazuma Kawamura) after the tape's origins, and the film follows how Ayaka's search becomes a race to keep her sister alive.
