Sagara Sangamam

Balakrishna "Balu" (Kamal Haasan) is a classical dancer so absorbed in his art that little else in his life registers. Then Madhavi (Jaya Prada), a woman who admires his talent, enters it, and the two fall in love before fate pulls them apart. K. Viswanath lets the dance carry the longing, and the years that follow leave Balu drowning in sorrow.
