Saint Frances

Bridget (Kelly O'Sullivan) is a thirty-four-year-old server with no real career, who has an abortion at the start of summer just as she lands a nannying job in Evanston, Illinois. Her charge is Frances (Ramona Edith Williams), a six-year-old who is loud and not easily won over. Alex Thompson lets the two of them circle each other through long days of ordinary errands, and the bond between them grows slowly.
