“Possession is only the beginning.”

A foster child named Gracie (Claire Forlani) arrives at a rural Pentecostal compound where members handle snakes as a test of faith. She finds herself drawn into their rituals and their certainty, hungry for the belonging they offer, until she begins to see the violence beneath their doctrine. The film turns on whether she will risk the only family she has found to expose what is hidden in the name of God.
