Samba Cissé (Omar Sy) came to France from Senegal ten years ago and has spent them washing dishes and taking whatever work he can find, still without working papers. Alice (Charlotte Gainsbourg) is a senior executive recovering from a burnout, volunteering to help people like him. Toledano and Nakache put the two of them in the same cramped office, Samba with his forms, Alice with her pills.
