Samson and Delilah

“True love.”

Samson (Rowan McNamara) is a teenager in a remote Aboriginal community in the Central Australian desert, where his days pass in the heat and the sound of a brother's band on the verandah. Warwick Thornton follows him and Delilah (Marissa Gibson) when the two take a stolen car and leave for Alice Springs, a place that has no room for them. Out there, with no one looking out for either of them, the film is about how love holds when nothing else does.
