“They thought he was dead. He was just coolin' off.”

Twenty-five years after the events of the 1991 cult original, Detective Frank Washington (Mark Frazer) gets pulled back into a case that needs his old partner. Joe Marshall (Mathew Karedas) has been estranged for decades, and together they chase a series of assassinations carried out by a secret group of female vigilante killers. Gregory Hatanaka directs it as a sequel that treats the first film's stiff, strange manner as worth keeping.
