“Forget Everything You Have Ever Seen...”

A man sits naked in a mental hospital, and no one can say what he did to land there. Fenix (Axel Jodorowsky), once a circus performer, escapes to rejoin his mother Concha (Blanca Guerra), an armless woman who leads a cult, and he becomes the hands she no longer has. Alejandro Jodorowsky sets their murders in Mexico, where Fenix stands behind her, her sleeves empty and his arms moving as hers.
