It's the Christmas season in 1996, and Blake (Hulk Hogan) is a rich, self-absorbed millionaire until an accident leaves him with amnesia. He wakes up convinced he is Santa Claus, and John Murlowski sends him into a world that has no idea what to make of him. Ebner Frost (Ed Begley Jr.) is still around, and Blake, in his own mind, has a job to do and some children to look after.
