In 1940, Stan (Stan Laurel) and Ollie (Oliver Hardy) work at a horn factory, where the constant honking has left Ollie prone to violent fits. His doctor, Dr. J.H. Finlayson (James Finlayson), orders a restful sea voyage. Gordon Douglas sets the pair loose on a boat, and a cross-eyed plumber (Ben Turpin) and an escaped convict (Richard Cramer) are part of the trouble. Ollie only wants quiet, and the horns keep following him.
