Bogotá in the mid-1980s is the setting for three lives that never quite touch, drawn from the eve of the Pozzetto massacre of 1986. Eliseo (Damián Alcázar), Paola (Marcela Mar) and Father Ernesto (Blas Jaramillo) each move through the city carrying a private weight, and Andrés Baiz adapts Mario Mendoza's novel into a mosaic of their separate days. Alicia (Marcela Valencia) is the one the film keeps at the edge of the frame, seen only in pieces.
