Savage Grace

“Truth is more shocking than fiction.”

Barbara Baekeland (Julianne Moore) is a lonely social climber who wants a place among the rich, and a husband, Brooks (Stephen Dillane), who looks at her from across the room. Her attention goes to her only son, Antony (Eddie Redmayne), and Tom Kalin follows the family through its years of money and moving house. Mother and son end up bound so tightly that every other person around them becomes an interruption.
