Say 'I Love You'

Mei Tachibana (Haruna Kawaguchi) is a high school student who has had no friends and no boyfriends since a traumatic incident in her childhood. Then she accidentally injures Yamato Kurosawa (Sota Fukushi), the most popular boy in school, who answers by telling everyone she is his friend. Asako Hyuga films the story in the plain daylight of classrooms and hallways, so the warmth comes from how closely the two of them stand.
