Scanner Cop

“Imagine a cop who can read your mind... then blow it away.”

Sam Staziak (Daniel Quinn) is a rookie cop who wants to be treated like any other officer, though he is a Scanner, able to read other people's thoughts and hurt them without touching them. Then a scientist starts using mind control to turn police officers into killers, and Pierre David has Sam as the one person who can hear it happening. His closest link to the case is Dr. Joan Alden (Darlanne Fluegel), who has to decide how far to trust him.
