Scanner Cop II

“Nowhere to hide, not even in your mind.”

Across Los Angeles, Scanners are turning up drained of life, and nobody on the force can say what is killing them. Detective Samuel Staziak (Daniel Quinn), a psychic cop who had hoped to be done with all of it, is pulled back in to find Karl Volkin (Patrick Kilpatrick). Steve Barnett's film follows Sam as the dead pile up and Volkin gets stronger, and Sam can no longer pretend the hunt is anyone else's.
