Scanners II: The New Order

The voices of strangers keep pushing into David Kellum's (David Hewlett) head, and he is sure he is losing his mind. Christian Duguay follows him into the orbit of Commander John Forrester (Yvan Ponton), a police official who collects people like David, scanners with minds powerful enough to hurt, so he can take over the city. Underneath the chases and the bursting heads, the film is about being useful to the wrong man.
