Scared to Death

“A thrilling mystery of a supernatural killer!”

Laura Van Ee (Molly Lamont) is held for treatment she never asked for at her father-in-law's private sanatorium, where both her husband and Dr. Josef Van Ee (George Zucco) want the marriage dissolved. Then Prof Leonide (Bela Lugosi), the doctor's cousin and a former stage magician in Europe, turns up with a threatening dwarf at his side. Christy Cabanne shot the house in Cinecolor, the only color film in which Lugosi has a starring role.
