Somebody is out to ruin Halloween, and the culprit is Hannah Marie's own cousin Jimmy (Alexander Ludwig). Her Scary Godmother leads her to the Fright Side, where kooky monsters, friendly vampires and silly skeletons gather for the holiday, and Ezekiel Norton animates the whole crowd in loud, cheerful color. Hannah (Britt McKillip) has to stop Jimmy before he spoils the night for everyone, and the cousins, family or not, are plainly on opposite sides.
