A group of teenagers in a small town accidentally hit a man with their car and dump his body in a lake, swearing each other to silence. When a masked killer begins stalking them one by one, Cindy Campbell (Anna Faris) and her friends Brenda Meeks (Regina Hall) and Shorty Meeks (Marlon Wayans) scramble to survive the night. Keenen Ivory Wayans sends them through the machinery of slasher films, and what matters most is who makes it out together.
