Scenes of a Sexual Nature

“Love on the Heath”

Why do seven couples end up on Hampstead Heath on the same afternoon, and what are they each hoping to find there? Ed Blum cuts between their stories out of order, so Molly (Holly Aird) and Iris (Eileen Atkins) turn up alongside Gerry (Hugh Bonneville) and Noel (Tom Hardy) in pieces. The film settles on the Heath itself, a London afternoon where the couples pass on the paths.
