School in the Crosshairs

When a new student with psychic powers starts using them at school, a squad of student enforcers forms around her, and Yuka Mitamura (Hiroko Yakushimaru), a shy girl with powers of her own, vows with her friends to stop it. Nobuhiko Obayashi packs the story with fantasy, science fiction and comedy, and the film moves at a run. Underneath is a plain question of what happens when a gifted teenager has to decide how to use what she can do.
