“This School Rocks!”

Matt Warner (David Paymer) teaches at Fallbrook Middle School, where his late father, Norman (John Astin), won the student-elected Teacher of the Year award forty-three years running. Now it falls to Matt to carry on the legacy, and he has spent his whole life standing in that shadow. William Dear sets him in the old school's halls, with Mr. D (Ryan Reynolds) arriving as a new teacher and the name Stormin' Norman Warner still hanging over the building.
