Schultze Gets the Blues

“It's never too late to re-tune your soul”

Schultze (Horst Krause) plays the accordion, and when the work ends he is left with a good deal of time and a few polkas. Michael Schorr follows him through the town alongside his friends Jürgen (Harald Warmbrunn) and Manfred (Karl-Fred Müller), as the music club's 50th anniversary comes round. Then one sound reaches him that is not a polka, and the only life he has known begins to loosen.
