Scooby and Mystery Inc. arrive at an off-road racing competition, and the strange events start almost at once. A phantom racer called Inferno keeps wrecking the course, and Scooby, Shaggy and their new driving partner, The Undertaker, set out to stop him. Tim Divar, working with Paige (Saraya Bevis) and The Miz (Mike Mizanin) among the WWE voices, fills the track with Scooby chasing after whoever is behind the flames.
