Scrooged

“The spirits will move you in odd and hysterical ways.”

It is Christmas Eve in the late 1980s, and Francis Cross (Bill Murray), a television executive, is busy preparing a live broadcast of A Christmas Carol. Richard Donner follows him through a night of firing staff and brushing off Claire Phillips (Karen Allen), the woman he lost, until a series of ghosts arrive. Through it all, Francis keeps the network's Christmas Eve production running on his own terms.
