Season of the Witch

“Not all souls can be saved.”

Behman (Nicolas Cage) and his fellow knight Felson (Ron Perlman) ride home from the Crusades in the 14th century and find their country emptied by the Black Plague. The Church orders them to carry an accused witch to a remote abbey, where monks will perform a ritual meant to end the pestilence. Dominic Sena sends the two veterans down the road with a prisoner, and Behman, tired of killing, has to decide whether he believes what he has been told.
