Secluded, Near Woods

The Lavičkas, a family from the city, rent a house in the country with the option to buy. Old Komárek (Josef Kemr) seems in no hurry to sell, though the agreement says he should, and Lavička (Zdeněk Svěrák) and his wife (Daniela Kolářová) keep waiting on his answer. Jiří Menzel leaves them on the porch with the children, Zuzana and Petr, and the house they came for.
