Second in Command

Sam Keenan (Jean-Claude Van Damme), the deputy at a U.S. embassy in Eastern Europe, wants a quiet posting and a clean exit from the job. Then insurgents attempt a coup, the president comes through the gates looking for protection, and the ambassador is murdered by the rebels. Simon Fellows leaves Keenan in charge of a building under siege, with Michelle Whitman (Julie Cox) nearby and no one left above him to decide.
