“Drive back to 1988.”

A powerful figure's slush fund is being investigated in Seoul in 1988, and the city is busy hosting the Olympics. Into that case drift Dong-wook (Yoo Ah-in) and Woo-sam (Go Kyung-pyo), part of a crew of drivers who care about speed, dreams and money, in about that order. Moon Hyun-sung keeps the cars moving and the cast crowded into the frame, so the film runs at the pace of its engines.
