Separate Tables

(1958)Directed by Delbert Mann98 minDrama, Romance
“The international stage success seen by more than 42 million people in 145 cities all over the world!”

A small seaside hotel in England is home to guests who take their meals at separate tables and keep their disappointments to themselves. Delbert Mann gathers them under one roof, among them the shy, sheltered Sibyl Railton-Bell (Deborah Kerr), the glamorous Ann Shankland (Rita Hayworth) and the bluff Major Angus Pollock (David Niven). Sibyl, soft-spoken and watchful, is the one who hardly seems to belong anywhere.
