Serpent's Path

“Violence escalates as a man seeks revenge for the murder of his daughter.”

A girl has been killed, and the man who believes he knows who did it cannot prove it. Miyashita (Teruyuki Kagawa), a former low-level yakuza, takes help from Nijima (Show Aikawa), a calm acquaintance who agrees to run the plan, and together they kidnap the suspect. Kiyoshi Kurosawa follows Miyashita as grief hardens into method, a father who no longer recognizes what he is willing to do.
