Seven Years Bad Luck

Max (Max Linder) is a man about to be married, and he wants one thing out of a mirror that has just shattered in his home: to keep the bad luck from reaching him. Linder, who also wrote the film, sends him dodging every omen he can think of, with Betty (Alta Allen) waiting on the wedding. The broken glass promises seven years of misfortune, and every careful step he takes toward her puts the marriage at risk.
