Shaft

“More Shaft than you can handle.”

JJ Shaft (Jessie T. Usher) is a cyber security expert with an MIT degree, and none of it helps him figure out how his best friend died. The only person who knows Harlem's heroin trade is the father who was never around, John Shaft (Samuel L. Jackson), who agrees to help. Tim Story sets the two side by side, the son with his laptop and the father with his gun, and JJ has to decide how much of the old man he wants in himself.
