Shalako

“Sean Connery is Shalako! Shalako means action! Action means Bardot!”

Shalako (Sean Connery) is a tracker in 1880s New Mexico who knows Apache country better than anyone riding through it. A party of European aristocrats, led by the guide Bosky Fulton (Stephen Boyd), has wandered into that country, and the Countess Irina Lazaar (Brigitte Bardot) is the first of them to come face to face with an Apache. Edward Dmytryk shot it in the Tabernas Desert of southern Spain, where the ground is pale and the sun leaves little shade.
