Shark Skin Man and Peach Hip Girl

“They've got the money… They've got each other… Now They've got to survive!”

Toshiko Momojiri (Sie Kohinata) bolts from her Uncle Sonezaki through dreamlike mountain scenery and runs straight into Kuroo Samehada (Tadanobu Asano), a man who is himself on the run from killers. Katsuhito Ishii, adapting Minetaro Mochizuki's manga, sends the two off together on a chase that is violent and deadpan at once. She is young and frightened, he is a stranger with trouble of his own, and they stay close because neither has anywhere else to go.
