She Made Me a Criminal

A house is about to fall down, and Rushdy Abaza (Ahmed Helmy) cannot afford to fix it. Across town, Malak (Ghada Adel) spends money freely and answers to a miserly father who keeps her trust fund locked away. Amr Arafa builds the film around the kidnapping she stages to force his hand, with Rushdy pulled in to play the captor, and a week of pretending to be a criminal already has him falling for his hostage.
