She Monkeys

Emma (Mathilda Paradeiser) meets Cassandra (Linda Molin) at an equestrian vaulting club, and the two begin trading dares that grow harder each time. Emma goes along with every one, learning the rules as she plays, and the stakes climb with each round. Lisa Aschan films their contests in a flat, steady manner and lets the camera hold on faces long after a line has been crossed.
