“The power of being true to yourself.”
Zach (Trevor Wright) has given up art school and works dead-end jobs to keep his sister and her young son afloat. He paints and surfs in whatever hours are left, mostly with his best friend Gabe. Jonah Markowitz sets the film over one summer, when Gabe's older brother Shaun (Brad Rowe) comes home and Zach finds himself drawn toward a closeness neither of them planned.
