Sherlock Holmes

Sherlock Holmes (John Barrymore) wants a case that will test him, and what he gets is an alleged theft that draws him toward Professor Moriarty (Gustav von Seyffertitz). Albert Parker follows the investigation with Dr. Watson (Roland Young) at his side and Alice Faulkner (Carol Dempster) caught up in the trouble. Barrymore stands in the 1922 frame, long-faced and still, his eyes fixed on Moriarty, whom the others have not yet noticed.
