She's Having a Baby

“Man. Woman. Life. Death. Infinity. Tuna casserole. One movie dares to tell it all.”

Jake Briggs (Kevin Bacon) has barely unpacked from the wedding when everyone starts asking whether he and his new wife are going to have a baby. Both sets of parents want an answer, and his friend Davis (Alec Baldwin) keeps turning up at the worst moments with advice nobody asked for. John Hughes follows Jake and Kristy (Elizabeth McGovern) through their first year, two young people finding out whether they know each other well enough for what marriage requires.
