Shin Godzilla
“A god incarnate. A city doomed.”
A gilled creature drags itself out of the water and into the city, and the government meets it with meetings. Rando Yaguchi (Hiroki Hasegawa) pulls together a band of misfit volunteers to get past the red tape and find out what the thing is and where it came from. Anno and Higuchi hold on the officials, the folding tables and phones, while the shape keeps changing in front of them.
